Piece by Piece!

 Yes, our home is coming together. The beams are in, the floor and garage have been poured.

 The walls have gone up and everything was placed in the basement. Touch up fixes have already been made on a few dents and holes.  Cliff met with the contractor and talked about his concerns. It really is amazing to be able to stop by everyday and see such dramatic changes, usually.

 The basement walls are up. We thought maybe that should have been done before, but I guess it doesn't matter.

This is our porch, but we are unsure why there are triangle sides. Guess we will find out soon.

This is the back of the house and Cliff is looking forward to sitting on the left on his deck or patio, we haven't decided. Depends on the soil.  He thinks it will be so  peaceful, not to mention no people or other houses to look at bc of trees.  He can dream. I just ask, where are the kids? Sleeping?

Well we are so glad to see progress, and quick progress that it is hard to not be excited.  I try not to think of the painters, movers, cleaning of this house, hassle, and other things, just the fact that we will finally be home owners ad in a bigger place.
