So we had our pre-dry wall walk through. I videoed and took so many pics my hands hurt. However, I know where to hang pics and not to hang pics for the pipes. The guy on left was our construction manager, but we have been handed over to another guy. The man on right is our realtor Tom. He is great. He use to do construction, so he is helping us look at everything.
Doesn't Cliff look so nice in his little outfit. Shades need to go up, but so serious too.
The kids would have loved to watch the dry-wall go through the windows by crane and hear the huge boom and shake the house when they put it down. Although, all I thought was, "oh, no, I can imagine that is how it will feel and sound with the kids jumping."
These are our shingles. We sure miss the black, but these weather wood are ok. The of course are not the multi-colored a few doors down that I thought they would be, but oh well.
The floor said DW Hole and we didn't know why, but this is why. Down goes the dry-wall to the basement. Then they fill it back in. Well who thought of that. Ha.
It is coming along. Not long now and we can move in.
